Expect nothing but the tastiest and most tender fare when you dine with us at Do Brazil Restaurant! We take our cooking style from the legendary men who rode across the mountainous ranges of the Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil long ago.
The Churrasco style of cooking was inspired by the gatherings of these fames Gauchos, where members would carve individual portions of various roasted meats from long skewers resting above pits of open fires – a tradition that lives on in Brazil today!
Kick off your Brazilian restaurant experience with our Salad Bar – a selection of some 12 hot and 20 cold dishes including Brazilian specialities such as Shrimp Bobo, Spicy Seafood Stew, Feijoada and Salada de Palmito. Follow that with the Meat Rodizio, or the Fish or Vegetable Churrasco.
Our meats are imported directly from South America, individually skewered and perfectly roasted over a glowing bed of charcoal. We take equal care of our fish and vegetables, serving only the best selection of fresh, seasonal ingredients.
